1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pilslot ("pilslot," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of the pilslot online gaming platform available at pilslot.app and all associated services.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing any feature of the pilslot platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pilslot platform. pilslot reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with the updated version effective upon publication on the platform.

2. Eligibility

pilslot reserves the right to require age verification documents at any time. If age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, pilslot may suspend or close the account and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of pilslot, you must register a personal account. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the pilslot platform. Multiple accounts per person are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including a valid Philippine mobile number and date of birth.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Keep your pilslot login credentials confidential and not share your username or password with any third party.
• Notify pilslot immediately at support@pilslot.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

pilslot will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your pilslot account.

4. Deposits & Payments

pilslot accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion.

You agree that:

• All funds deposited to pilslot are from a legitimate source. pilslot strictly prohibits the use of the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• You are the lawful owner of the payment method used for deposits. pilslot does not accept deposits from payment methods held in third-party names.
• Deposit transactions are final once processed. pilslot is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or telecommunications networks.
• pilslot reserves the right to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, including requesting government-issued identification, before processing deposits above specified thresholds.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available balances subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name and previously used for a deposit on the same account, or to a verified account following satisfactory KYC review.
• pilslot targets GCash withdrawal processing within 5 minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are targeted within 1 business day. These are indicative timelines and not guaranteed processing times.
• pilslot reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending identity verification, anti-fraud review, or investigation of suspected breach of these Terms.
• Bonus winnings may be subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pilslot offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which may include wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to newly registered Players on their first qualifying deposit. Specific match percentage and maximum bonus amount are as published in the current promotion.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus amounts are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified per promotion.
• Abuse: pilslot reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void associated winnings if it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, collusion, fraudulent play, or exploitation of promotional terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, each Player is eligible for each welcome promotion only once. Multiple accounts created to claim bonuses multiple times will be treated as a violation of these Terms.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the pilslot platform operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers in professionally managed studios. pilslot does not manipulate game outcomes.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages across all players over millions of game rounds. Individual session outcomes will vary. pilslot does not guarantee that any individual Player will achieve results consistent with published RTP figures.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including server errors, software failures, or connectivity interruption — affected game rounds may be cancelled and stakes returned to the Player's pilslot wallet. pilslot's decision on malfunction outcomes is final.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct on the pilslot platform:

• Creating more than one account or registering under a false identity.

• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings arising from known or suspected exploits may be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pilslot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the pilslot platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruption, or unauthorized access to your account.

pilslot's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their pilslot account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments to Terms

pilslot reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by prominent notice on the pilslot platform, at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the pilslot platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your pilslot account before the effective date.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pilslot platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

pilslot operates within the Philippine gaming regulatory framework. Regulatory oversight for online gaming in the Philippines is exercised by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
